For most instruments, you can order just 50 piece. Customized or special items have different requirements based on production cost.
All our instruments are covered by a 3 months warranty against rust, corrosion, or manufacturing defects.
If products are in stock, they will be shipped within 4-5 working days. For items not in stock, it usually takes 20-25 days, which gets faster with repeat orders. We manage your inventory too.
Delivery time is under 10 days, depending on the delivery zone. We use reliable couriers DHL, FedEx & UPS which usually takes 6 working days.
International customers are responsible for their country’s taxes and import duties. We’re not accountable for delays in customs clearance.
If your order is under $400, a handling fee of $16.00 will be charged.
